4.1 You must ensure that you have obtained your client’s authority to provide their information to us and for us to provide the information to a law firm before providing us with their information.

4.7 We reserve our right to refuse to provide services to any particular client.

4.8 Users are required to state in their agreement with their client that the planner is authorised to engage us as the agent of the client to source the provision of legal services.

4.9 Users must articulate to their client that neither the user nor we will be providing legal services to their clients.

4.10 Users must provide copies of those documents stipulated by us to their clients.

4.11 You acknowledge that you have verified the identity of your client by meeting the following VOI Standard which sets out the categories of documents required to meet the Standard.

5. LEGAL SERVICES

You acknowledge that we are merely providing a concierge service to facilitate connections between your clients who require legal advice and legal providers. We are not a law firm, and are not licensed or accredited to provide legal services in any State or Territory of Australia, or in any other jurisdiction. Our employees, directors and any other office holders are not acting as your lawyer or your legal adviser. By using the service, you acknowledge that you do not have a solicitor-client relationship with us and that the provision of any information, documents or the website and services do not constitute the provision of legal advice or legal services. In the event that legal services are not engaged through the use of this website, then we would strongly recommend that you obtain legal advice from a qualified solicitor.
