4.7 We reserve our right to refuse to provide services to any particular client.
4.8 Users are required to state in their agreement with their client that the planner is authorised to engage us as the agent of the client to source the provision of legal services.
4.9 Users must articulate to their client that neither the user nor we will be providing legal services to their clients.
4.10 Users must provide copies of those documents stipulated by us to their clients.
4.11 You acknowledge that you have verified the identity of your client by meeting the following VOI Standard which sets out the categories of documents required to meet the Standard.
